Well as I said before, the SP dropped from $3 to here all the while Rory provided SHACs and communications....those of which many complained about. Yet...many still deny the clearly documented short and naked short attack for over 3 months. So maybe it's a good thing LHA is taking the lead in Investor Relations and Rory is not discussing things and following rules as he said. There must be major contracts in the works with NDA's....as an investor I would hope he exercises his fiduciary responsibility to not break them or any SEC guidelines until ready to 8k the deal. Remember.....kinda like when we got the 8kd Oracle and Marketo deals. ;) It's coming...
