The Coretec Group, Inc. (the "Company") utilizes a portfolio of silicon-based and volumetric display materials to pursue commercial development of products in energy-focused verticals such as energy storage, solar, and solid-state lighting, as well as printable electronics and 3D volumetric displays.

Forget about the above-mentioned volumetric display materials, we own that, thank goodness, but…

Coretec recently got their hand slapped and were told to go away and that they had no business using NDSU facilitated research to any of their CHS technologies ever again. Understanding that – if not, read the June 29, 2018 8-K – I have the following questions about The Coretec Group’s procedure statement:

1. Where does the “portfolio of silicon-based materials” originate?

2. Who owns the portfolio?

3. Does The Coretec Group have legal access to that portfolio?

4. But most importantly, will future CHS intellectual property derived from this portfolio be owned by Coretec? That’s the million-dollar question… and don’t forget it.

I hope Coretec learned its lesson… a valuable lesson. They should have known better.
