Is it me that thinks it's a bit off that Victor Carrillo gave out shares as gifts? I think it's a bit off and concerning that Zion claims they knew nothing about the investigation yet he "gifts" free shares to (so far only searched the names that seemed familiar in my research.)

His daughter, Christina Andrea Carrillo (Hubacek)

And his father in law; Jasper McClellan??
