OS now up to 4.3 billion from 2.6 billion at start of year. So, 1.7 billion shares added already and that only covers through March. Now there is only 1.7 billion between AS and OS. It's painfully obvious what will happen now: the 6 billion OS will get maxed out (if it isn't close already) and unfortunately what do you think the reputable Starkweather will do next???
