'Ken just inherited a Mess.' -- Well yes, but he not only knew about it, but he must have thought that somehow, he could use the deplorable state of the company/stock to his advantage.

My theory is that he may have thought that share buyers were so gullible that his vaporous PRs (*) would somehow make buyers think there was new life in the company, and thus they would buy such huge amount of shares that they'd at least temporarily move the stock off no bid (and, somehow, Ken would make money from that).

In the alternative -- since there were a few days of 1B share volume at .0001 -- perhaps the strategy was for the aforesaid vaporous PRs to spark enough buying at .0001 that convertible note holders (selling at .0001) would make a bit of dough, and then move on. After all, 1B shares at .0001 is $100K, which is not a bad day's pay for a low-stake's scammer. Ken, of course, would benefit from the up-front cash that the note holders would get back when they sold.

(*) Include vaporous new website, and do-nothing mobile app in this.

To quote myself, if this isn't a scam, I don't see how it can succeed. But I hope that I can get out one day, and at least break even (at .0001).
