I get a kick on all the audit talk. Has anyone brought up the requirements to build a multi national franchise? If so, you know why the numbers haven’t been released. I bet the franchise agreement has gone through 15 revision by now. Lawyers love to do revisions. Let alone (Franchising laws) laws in several countries being carefully gone over.
Not something that can be done in six / eight months.
At first when I was looking at this from a pure stockholder point of view. I was put off on the time it was taking. Then I started looking into what needs to be done to franchise a business. Then I knew it was going to take a minute or two before we would see the fruit of Roger and team efforts.

For the nay sayers, well you know we’re to go. And I hope you get burned all the way there.
