PhoneCzar - Did you read the CodeSilver post wherein the FCC delivered their approval?

Doesn't seem to be anything standing in the way other than signing all the agreements, if they haven't been signed already between AT&T and FiberTower. AND then it's overdue for the transaction to be reported to the SEC.

It comes down to a question, for me, whether AT&T is going to chance the agreements running afoul of lawsuits now.

Several here have posted interesting info related to recent mentions of a $2 Billion (roughly) price. Insiders must know they won't get away with that if it is the true figure that needs to be reported.

I don't think it is an accident or careless reporting that Eshoo, 360, and Phazr have the dollar numbers in that range.
