Here is exactly what I think should happen.

1. Ferris needs to hire Greenheck's Tony Rossi and put him in charge of the entire sales organization. He would have sales up and over $100mil within 24 months guaranteed. 100% certainty.


2. Ferris needs to make the entire organization understand that the Sales Group is #1 and they all need to support it. (And I am an engineer saying this but it is the truth at every great company.)


3. The BOD needs fresh people with deep experience that can help guide Ferris and the company. Maybe keep Richardson and Brown and get rid of everyone else.


4. Ferris needs to provide forward guidance and vision. There is now not anyone to stop him from doing it.


5. The company should use some of its cash to support the share price at $5 to buy time for all the improvements to kick in.


6. Ferris needs to devote 50% of his time to supporting the new sales leader, 50% towards courting new investors, and 50% in discussion with the now useful BOD. (just checking your math)

7. Ferris needs to hire some truly all-star engineering talent. This is difficult but they are out there.

8. The company needs to get the V300 pricing down to below $100k WITHOUT sacrificing profit margin. This can be done with a savvy supply chain guy and some smart people.

The sky is the limit for the share price if the above happens.

Otherwise, take the easy way out and sell the company now for $7 and be done with it.
