OS is KBillions

DBMM/RTGV haven't filed for 4s as per legal.

Director/restricted shares failed to be accounted for in OS numbers as required.

Company continues to lie to the public. OS is billions past the AS.

I don't even wanna do the math to convert directors shares at todays prices.

The SP goes nowhere b/c investors who know how to properly read filings know the true OS while the company continues to lie aren't fooled.
