what was a purchaser of WAMU common stock, PRIOR TO WMIH FILING CHAPTER 11 connection to Wmi?... was a purchaser of stock also affiliated with Wmi, as such that equity in WAMU also meant equity in Wmi....?...in short, what I am eluding to, is that when WAMU filed bk, the common stock was subsequently abandoned, did that also include whatever equity holders of Wamu stock had in SH assets in Wmi was also abandoned, and now Wmih, as successor to Wmi has no responsibility to the old share holders?....I was given escrows for my common shares by the judge in return for my release of wamu common stock... did I also abandon any claim to equity in Wmi SH assets too??...I am just trying to get a sense of what all this talk, back, and forth on the board these last few days concerning who owns those SH assets.....Lodas
