Let me throw a scenario, just for shits and giggles:

RI results are 23% RRR (spread evenly amongst SEs, for simplicity). PPS $15 after the initial dust settles. AZN BO offer at $36.

Would AMRN agree? I don't know, argument could be made for both answers, but I am not advocating either one.

I'm only saying that an offer will be made, most likely by AZN, because of the situation that they are in.
