The filing stopped, by the time the litigation got into an important phase. Also at the same time, dillution stopped. IMO these are somehow connected. The legal team might not be representing him personally, but GERS has a great legal team, and I think the fact they aren’t filing, might be spoken well through with this team.
I know they had to file their results. But I don’t know about selling part of flux to attis. Flux was a privately held company, since gers is still owned by flux, selling the ownership of flux might not be a material change for GERS.

But I’m not a lawyer and I don’t have enough information to know for sure.
