Okay, this is important for a lot of reasons.

You and I agree that at a specific time in the recent past, the Bitzio Corporation (please forgive me if I didn't name it accurately) owned 80% of the common stock of the Greenshift Corporation (ditto).

IMHO, if any other corporation has acqired that 80% stake in our shares since that time, then that is a material change in the ownership of this corporation which should've been reported to the SEC no later than a month after it happened.

I may be spitting in the wind now, but if I was a U.S. Attorney who was preparing a criminal case against Kevin, that omission would result in a separate criminal charge and possibly a consecutive prison sentence if he is convicted on all counts.

BTW, the responsibility of defending him against these potential criminal charges lies with his personal attorney, not the legal team that is representing the Greenshift Corporation in the patent litigation case. It could be an unethical conflict of interest for any of the corporate lawyers to offer to represent him personally.
