Is the term "BD Agreement" a widely accepted term in the m&a/licensing worlds? It wasn't easy to find on the web and the "BD" abbreviation isn't expanded upon anywhere in the agreement(s). I didn't know what it stood for, but this phrase in the press release probably explains it:
"business development milestones"
So I guess it's a Business Development Agreement.

It may be a widely used abbreviation that I never noticed before, but the phrase "BD Agreement" doesn't appear on the web along with the names of any of IPIX's Senior Management except in conjunction with the current agreement. Neither does "Business Development Agreement" for that matter. Neither phrase has a presence alongside Aspire either. Maybe one of the lawyers makes use of "BD Agreement" and just stuck it in there.

Only a Sunday morning curiosity.

But can it core A apple?
Yes Ralph, of course it can core A apple.
