Look at some other cases and decide.

The closing price was $3.44 and the base price decided for raising funds is $2.62 - which is 31% discount.

That is the value Cantor assigned and will start selling to outsiders.

So overall market will try to push price to that level before it starts going up unless M announces another news such as PD trial protocol approval in Europe
