I agree Free! BIEL seems to be complicit in holding this rearing steed back from bolting ahead and reaching high expectations. It is very, very, strange! But make no mistake about it, this is intentional. IMO, it's an ongoing strategy which BIEL has implemented for a while now. To what end, well your guess is as good as mine. I do have a theory why they are doing this, but only that, a theory. So I'll keep that supposition to myself for now. However, I've posted my opinion on this very subject in the past. But I care not to revisit it at this time.
