Thanks turns out that Papa Stocks (Junhua Guo) was involved in AEMC starting in March when AEMC started to see unusual volume.

His current twitter page at https://twitter.com/realPapaStocks wasn't his original twitter page. His original twitter page was https://twitter.com/Papa_Stocks but it doesn't exist any more

According to messages I found here on the IHUB, Junhua Guo loaded up a bunch of shares in March and was pumping this from his original twitter page during late March/early April

How interesting is that. Junhua Guo manipulates AEMC as a low float play through his Papa Stocks website (http://papastocks.com/ ) and twitter page during Late March/early April 2018 then several weeks later shows back up on June 25, 2018 trying to hijack the shell

It is also kind of interesting how Sergio La Grasta had tried to hijack this shell through corporate identity theft in 2014 by making a new entity in Colorado using the old name of this shell without first properly gaining control of the Nevada entity and reinstating the Nevada entity

It appears that like Junhua Guo, Sergio La Grasta got confused and didn't know that the entity had its name changed to AMERICAN ESTATE MANAGEMENT COMPANY in 2011 so he probably wasn't able to find it in Nevada

Didn't really matter since Sergio La Grasta never did anything with the shell that I can tell. He quickly abandoned his fraudulant Colorado entity.
