Governor Walker should have a EMERGENCY Meeting to alert his STAFF that The Salmon Harvest in 2018 will be DOWN 34 PERCENT from 2017............. What does that say for the current 7.2 PERCENT UNEMPLOYMENT RATE......... Certainly it will INCREASE......... All the talk of putting DELAYS in the path of developing Pebble appears to working against Governor Walker's program of providing JOBS.......
