Roger, not a all...

If you take the $ 2.90 PPS and multiple x 10 reverse split = $ 29.00

By this equation we are loosing 50% of market cap due to the reverse split and the delay...

So a PPS of $ 15.00 is very possible without any FDA approval...

Anyway I need $ 12.50 to break even on 10k Shares post-split...
