SHLD has been below $2 and isn't much above that now. Few Sears stores are suitable for warehouse use. Radio Shack had tons of house brands, such as Realistic and Archer. Virtually everything they sold was private label.

What EXACTLY does Sears still have free and clear in the way of real estate or brands?
