Sears isn't RadioShack, they aren't dropping below $2, they have brands and realestate with too much value.

In fact I'm baffled Amazon won't just by them out. They could use all that prime realestate for retail locations or warehouses. Plus grabs the brands Sears hasn't sold off yet.
