Look everywhere and read the info. FTR is 'positioning" itself nicely. They have eliminated the PR (preferred) stock from a vote if and when a buyout or merger is to take place. With all the hacking and intercepts taking place it seem land lines are again becoming MUSH more popular than ever. Further, FTR has a "system" to eliminate same. Read about it.
