This trader is actually knows that the stock will be above $12 before August and he is selling those puts and having a floor against the losses with the $11 but once the August expiry happen then the stock getting back to the $11 level as it usually does after every earning report.

I will be buyer of calls of 11.50 or 11 at this level for the August 1 week expiry .
