More like the shell had value. I nice clean shell to put a new name on. That's what these POS people paid for.

I wouldn't be surprised Larry goes and finds a shell untainted with his name to sucker people out of their money with promises of green tech.

I'm not predicting the future, all these pinky scams (legal but unethical) are the same.
