The point is that all severely delinquent SEC filers are a risk to get suspended.

With OLSH, WSGP, EFLO, and UBLI you have examples of 4 of them that got suspended which all involved William Alessi

AAPH is severely delinquent so it poses some risk that it could get suspended at some point in the future. It may or may not happen, but it could.

I merely wanted to point out that risk.
