And OSLH, WSGP, and EFLO all got suspended then revoked while William Alessi was in the process of hijacking those shells.

Do you think that these companies were already being looked at by the SEC before Alessi filed for custodianship? Looking at the OSLH order, the SEC sent them a letter on Feb 27th letting them know they were delinquent. It gave them just over 3 months to rectify the situation before they suspended them. It took the SEC almost a year to suspend EFLO after their compliance initial letter was sent.

"On
February 27, 2017, a delinquency letter was sent by the Division of Corporation Finance
to OSL Holdings, Inc. requesting compliance with its periodic filing obligations, and
OSL Holdings, Inc. did not receive the delinquency letter due to its failure to maintain a
valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules (Rule 301 of
Regulation S-T, 17 CFR 232.301 and Section 5.4 of EDGAR Filer Manual)."

"On July 29th, 2016, Corporation Finance sent a delinquency letter to
EFLO requesting compliance with its periodic filing requirements,
If that is the case Alessi should have plenty of time to get custody of AAPH. A suspension only looks likely to happen "at any time" if the SEC sent out a letter to AAPH before Alessi filed his complaint in court. "

EFLO suspended August 1, 2017

It took the SEC 5 months to suspend WSTG after sending their initial compliance letter.

" On July 24, 2017, a delinquency letter was sent by the Division of Corporation
Finance to Western Graphite, Inc. requesting compliance with its periodic filing "

Suspended Dec 28th, 2017.

Alessi initial court filing in Texas for EFLO was 05/16/2017. Look like this one was just bad luck. I will have to find the other cases, but almost certainly the SEC was already in the process of suspending these companies before he filed.

Also looking at these suspended stocks there wasn't much trading going on at all before they were suspended. Volume was almost non existent. Whether that would factor into the SEC decision to suspend is beyond me, but I like the chances of Alessi gaining control of AAPH.

Time will tell. Have a good weekend NoDummy. As I said, I have the upmost respect for you.
