1. Audit completion Date (per PR, and Audio Interviews)
2. Buyback of 1.148Million dollars of Stock (per PR)
3. Meeting on buyback of up to 20% of stock (per PR)
4. Physical business address for Summus Works.
5. UnPaid Taxes in state of Delaware.
6. Scott Trade not allowing buys only sells.

Anybody have anything else to add?
