Permanently revoked entities can be reinstated. You just have to call the Nevada SOS to find out the fees. Officially I think its termed "revived" not "reinstated" but back taxes still have to be paid and the entity still has to be brought back to good standing before you can move it to a new domicle.

If you were following LDSR at all you'd understand that LDSR ran into tons of issues with FINRA because the entity wasn't reinstated/revived in Nevada.

Here is a break down of the LDSR situtation including notes from LDSR in their OTC filings about the issues caused by William Alessi because Alessi never revived the entity instead chosing to file a fraudulant merger document that didn't properly move the entity from Nevada to North Carolina

I recommend reading the whole post for full context but if you want the abbreviated version ... Alessi never paid the back taxes for Landstar Inc at the Nevada SOS. Instead Alessi made a new entity by the same name in North Carolina then filed a "merger" document with North Carolina saying he was merging the NV entity into the NC which wasn't true since he never paid the back taxes for the NV entity to bring it back to active status, never added himself as an officer at the NV SOS, and never filed a merger document at the NV SOS. The following paragraph from the LDSR filings summarizes it some:

And yes Nevada has business taxes that are paid each year when you file your annual report. All states do.

The following link will show you all the unpaid taxes, fees, and penalties owed by AAPH to the Nevada SOS

https://www.nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/FeeDetails.aspx?ctok=UBXMW8r1BAGyFtVbS4SR8A%253d%253d

$4,200 owed as of now.

Since Landstar Inc was even further behind with its payments you can bet that LDSR owed even more to the state of Nevada which might be why William Alessi avoided paying those fees before selling the LDSR shell to Jason Remillard.
