Delaware committed tax fraud by not paying the back taxes owed to Nevada to have the entity reinstated.



RMD was permanently revoked in NV and therefor couldn’t have been reinstated. Not sure what the process is when that happens, but tax fraud wasn’t’t commited. Especially since NV doesn’t have a corporate taxes.
