I bet it is a ploy to get sellers to come in and attempt to rebuy shares back lower... but they will be said when they see that they won't be able to re-buy that same dollar amount. I debated selling some at 47 and 48 and re-buying around 4 but there is no way I could get the 3mm shares back if I sold them... just not that much on the ask now that the 47s got smacked hard this past week.

This is a classic "shake of the tree" and there will be plenty of buyers for any weak hands selling on this 'fluffy' negative news.

Remember they have had this option before and never used it... I think they will only split under the strength of good fins and great sales figures.

Just FYI someone owns some series B shares and it is not Yazbeck... could it be Alex Patel took his remaining shares of series B?

It is a long read but there are some interesting tidbits that show he owns no series B shares... last I checked he did so where are they now. Ganja Gold baby... Ganja Gold.

They need to get into a higher price range if they want to move forward eventually... I think that is why Yazbeck wants this option available... notice it is not until August that he could even do a split so there is time for some sales figures to come in beforehand.
