Flux already did own a majority share in GERS, and GERS was already in it’s portfolio. The JVCo is new however, but the only change can be, that they just changed the structure to make it possible to sell 80% of the voting rights, with directly really connecting GERS to that deal.
But GERS could still hold those patents. And still I think nothing else has changed in Kevin Kreisler’s way of filing between me buying shares of GERS after the last sec filings and now. If it wasn’t holding me back tgen, it still will not hold me back today.
