Solid company here. In my opinion, there is a closing of acquisition just around the corner with a series to follow. Remember in the DD, it says :

"Additionally, we are continuing our review the acquisition of additional healthcare facilities.” Further added Ortiz Morentin."


Notice the selective language: Continuing the review of additional acquisitions.........not beginning or considering.
