What I think is happening is inmed and imedscan sites will be gone. Torons old site was basic and being hosted. When the merger finalizes Toron will host it's new site where inmed was which is why a host landing page comes up but no site. I'm tracking it's ip to see if I was right later. Toron will now be a profitable company which will need a legit website especially if it's going to tie into the imedscan products.
