If the decision is Remand, It will take longer time to get to district court, you know a lot of people do not want to wait that long, they walk away and return later, I understand Vacate or Remand WDDD still win, but the biggest problem is time consuming. Remand is good for people buy in more shares, but Vacate they will lose profits. Just 's that simple. I am a simple person, as I think PTAB did not follow the rules ( made mistakes) the CAFC should vacate it, remand back to them, just waste time and money, as ABCD12 said CAFC is lazy if they decide remand!I agree with him.
