I don't understand why the stock would go that low in the event of a remand. It's still a win and the underlying value is still there. Of course if it does go to .05 or .10 I buy a ton of it. Yeah, I know the psychological factor, but anyone who is in this for the long term and sells because of a remand is making a mistake.
