the secret of making money on wall street.... "get IN before the crowd does, and GET OUT before the crowd does....does this pattern we are, and have been seeing since the merger was announced seem familiar....MM took the price down 3 times to .61 cents to shake out weak longs, the rallied the price up on the merger news... traders made a double on that one...now with the merger voted in favor, and waiting for the signing, MM once again gaming the stock in the hopes of getting cheap shares.. they raised the price this morning to 1.45, getting weak longs to sell after a triangular breakout from a wedge formation... believe me, if they were long stock in their portfolios, they would have raised it to high heaven.. instead, we are back to roiling action at 1.40 in advance of the merger signing, which means, they are looking for massive amounts of stock....millions of shares have traded in the previous weeks, and all we get is pennies up, and down movements....this only means hard core longs are not selling... so who is selling these millions of shares?...ask yourself this question.. if MM won't raise the price, or drop the price.. what sort of action is this?... it is accumulation by the MM at the lows for a big push in the future in the stock price... make no mistake about this action regarding the trading of this stock for the last 3 years.. it is accumulation by the biggies....when the stock price collars have been released, you will see the biggest creation of wealth of your lifetime....the stock is priced low now...guess who is BUYING...
