I agree company wants note to be idle, but theres no requirement for noteholder to do so. They make the most money converting at lowest price possible. The discount means even them dumping into bid everyday will see them making at least 35-40% minimum. Its been 25+M dumped like this the last two weeks or so, i have a difficult time believing that some retail has 15+M shares that they dont mind taking a haircut on.
