Sorry Bossman, but I cannot answer that question accurately for you. But if it is understanding warrants you can as you know google the explanation, but as to what it will do to the stock when issued or exercised, as always remains to be seen. Some stocks it causes an immeadiate reaction others it is MEH so what. We have low interest in this stock right now as showen in the daily Volume so I wouldn't expect to see that much of a jump up, but I don't see much of a downside at this price either.

Anyone else haveing lots of experience in warrants and options if you could chime in here might help.

Personaly, with this stock right now I see it as a positive overall, but it is going to be a Meh so what reaction.
