Oh, come on! Sorry, but that poor-boy song... but we ain't got no money routine just won't cut. This is a choice which the CEO has made, for whatever reason. If a CEO of a company which has an all but certain monster of a product securely stuffed in his back pocket, but can't find an outside cash resource to underwriter one of his company's most important business functions, then, oh well.
