If I were in Steve's shoes?I would try and get the name change through Finra,but if they don't cooperate in a specified amount of time?I would create a subsidiary called Influential Media Holdings, Inc and operate the business plan through it,then do a spin out of pro rata shares,file a form 10 on it and then get it trading with a form 15C21 in that order.Just sayin lol
Waiting on pending News about FINRA process on EEGI becoming current and the conversion to Influential Media Holdings, Inc.
