Short % Increase / Decrease = 742 %

(381,500 - 45,300) / 45,300 = 7.42 * 100 (percent) = 742 %

Appears this site rounds to the lot (100th).

That's the "Equity Short Interest" (second/dark tab), reported bimonthly.

There is some debate on exactly what the "Naked Short Interest" means and how much the Market Makers ACTUALLY covered (bought back shares after selling first).

My belief is the MMs are short more than think since caught in rising market the last 3 months.

Do NOT believe they had opportunity to cover much of the stock making market for.

The volumes during those days just did NOT equate.

If they did cover on many of those days, they took substantial daily losses.
