I come to a different conclusion.

You posted: The share price speaks volumes as to who is winning the TOXIC argument. The voices who have been warning of this disaster since the price was at 1.90 and then 1.75, and warning again at 1.50 and 1.25, and warning again at 1.00 and .75 have been proven 100% correct.

Now the price is at .52.
………………………………………………………………………………………

Exactly. Now the price is .52, while previously it was .43!!!!!!!

NAK went down to .43 because people panicked when First Quantum pulled out of the joint venture. But if you investigate what happened, its termination of the joint venture had nothing to do with Northern Dynasty Minerals. In fact NAK is in a much better position now, than when it made the JV with First Quantum. It's further along in the admitting process. Most likely there are many companies talking to NAK about forming a new JV, and they will probably pay a higher fee than the one previously paid by First Quantum.

What you failed to mention in your post, and which I have previously mentioned, although the post was deleted, I have no idea why, is that the time to buy is after capitulation selling, which was at .43 with its large drop on high volume. The stock has been falling and falling because people have been waiting to see how the permitting process was progressing. That now seems to be resolving, and so this final drop, where the stock plummeted downward on large volume, and then stabilized and actually started edging upward, instead of continuing downward, looks like the stocks' low point, or close to it. Years from now, people will say, "Wow, that was the time to buy shares in NAK."

And yes, I did then start buying and averaging down. Bad idea to catch a falling knife, but if a stock is fundamentally sound and the price is falling because people are waiting for a specific catalyst, which in this case is its final approval, which will be based on science, and not fake reports, than it is time to buy at that point. While the price is down. If you wait for the catalyst, you will end up paying a much higher price.

It is probable that NAK will get its approval. I will have to say that NAK urgently needs to double down and show people that what the environmentalists are saying is pure fake news and not backed up with science or truth. And I am sure that NAK will do this, and end up turning people to their side. So buying at this point, to me, is a good idea, especially considering how high the stock can eventually go. True, the stock has dropped and dropped, but that does not mean that it will continue dropping.

Everyone needs to examine all the pros and cons, and then act accordingly. You see the negatives, I see the positives. It could go either way. I have a large position, but not one that will destroy me financially. Considering that the company needs to pass unknowable outcomes in order to survive, people need to make sure that they only use money that they can afford to lose.

But an opportunity like this, that can actually make a person financially independent for life if it works out, only comes around, literally maybe only once in a life time. So I would think that it is actually prudent to at least put some money into NAK. I would encourage you and Scotttrade80 to at least buy some shares of NAK. If it goes to Zero, you lose some money, but if it goes significantly higher, you will have the money to go to Ruth's Chris Steak House and have a spectacular dinner to celebrate your winning way.
