Hi BD, Sounds just like I would have summarized it. Dilution is inevitable for startup bios and I think this entity would not have put in a dime if they thought this was not going to carry us thru to approval. I've been looking for Jonathan Adams to pull a rabbit out of his hat...and I think this is the rabbit.
