Why continue to dilute this way? BIEL could have leveraged an AD campaign to get the word out for its product(s) a long time ago, but chose not to do so. One must ask, Why? It would be tough to convince me that a company with this kind of "crazy" potential couldn't, or can't find a financial backer to underwriting it's promotional activities. As a business, if the majority of the public doesn't know you exist, then how do you expect to sell your product to them, on a mass scale? It's not going to happen! Hence, you don't make money, so you dilute your bleeping A%# O@#. It makes no sense! So why are they doing this? I hope it's not incompetence, but a shrewd plan for whatever reason to affect a positive outcome for the company and its shareholders. Can't imagine what that "Rube Goldberg" scheme could be, but hopefully things will work out.

P.S. Someone should tell that Jolly guy to ask more important questions like, why aren't you advertising? It would be interesting to hear what the answer would be. Sir, we don't have money won't be a good answer!
