Agreed. They just signed a huge contract in CA and the balance sheet looks very good right now. Go to their website and look at it. Management will make it better to position for a possible buyout or merger. Too much math to answer that here, but take the number of shares now and do a spread sheet. Dollar value and EPS of Company will be higher with preferred stock and divy from same now gone.
