As you assuredly know, the mine, as well as the process to extract the minerals is NOT TOXIC. There are multiple write ups, by so called environmentalists, (who's closer definition would be purveyors of false scare tactics) saying that the process is toxic, or that the waste piles of left over rock will be toxic. But when their articles are examined, they are unfounded, and just plain scare tactics for readers that are not familiar with the situation.

By the way, what does the abbreviation "PIG" stand for?
