Agreed - that is my objection to the two bills currently proposed, one in the house and one in the sentate. Both would have the sec. of HHS in charge of implementing the plan, and we have a BP insider in charge now.

Colorado had a very good plan, it was run by a board of trustees elected on a term limited basis by direct democratic vote. I think the states are going to have to take the lead in this. Eventually there will be enough pain and suffering that the hoax that enables for profit medicine will no longer be accepted by the majority of the people.
