Good move. DO not get on margin in this highly volatile market.
Also, with PPS so cheap FTR is a prime "target" for a takeover, merger, etc. We expect the divy to be reduced somewhat. Probably the strategy from the getgo. Got rid of Preferred and it's divy, which equals a huge savings on the balance sheet. They are "positioning" nicely,...more on the table.
