Hey management, i'm guessing these oil prices are way to high to consider drilling so lets wait until they slide down to where it is not cost effective so we can use that excuse again. MUST NOT BE ANY OIL is the only explanation! Sorry Tchauncy I'm not sure there is any other way to spin it!!!!
