The goal has always been to get a larger trial to prove efficacy. Where they do it is irrelevant to the science and the outcome.



A key difference is the whole precision medicine (trials) have completely changed the definition of pass/fail...win/lose. The fact that the bar could not be any lower needs to be considered. NO ONE HAS EVER SURVIVED, IS THE FIRST SURVIVOR OUT THERE ALREADY? STAY TUNED. RWE new rule set.
